Because we can't get enough of food & beer pairings, we're bringing you our first in-house BEER DINNER of the year, happening April 4th in our barrel room!
Little Pub has curated a mouthwatering 4 course menu paired with 4 NEBCo beers to satisfy all you foodies out there. Our Director of Brewery Ops, Greg Radawich, and the Little Pub crew will guide you through each course.
MENU
1st course - NEBCo Lager Carolina DipSticks® - House smoked shredded chicken & bbq sauce tucked inside crunchy egg roll wrappers
2nd course - Scrum Saison Galveston Style Shrimps n’ Rice - Cajun grilled shrimp over brown rice with roasted corn & black beans, topped with pico de gallo, guacamole & cilantro lime sour cream
3rd course - Spin Cycle #42 Brisket Basket - Hand carved slabs of house smoked brisket served with a side of creamy mac n’ cheese
4th course - Barrel Aged IST Voodoo Bread Pudding - Warm bread pudding with N'awlins style bourbon brown sugar sauce
