Dance into the 2025 CT Folk Festival Season with a Groovy 60s Party!
Get ready to turn back time and celebrate one of the most colorful decades in music! New England Brewing Co. (NEBCO) is thrilled to host a retro dance party to mark the announcement of the 2025 CT Folk Festival & Green Expo lineup—featuring Robert Finley, Dustbowl Revival, and a stellar mix of national and local talent.
This ticketed event invites you to show off your best tie-dye hippie couture and channel your inner flower child—tie-dye is strongly encouraged! Get ready to groove, sing along, and dance the night away.
The night will feature a live performance by 60s Satisfaction, a dynamic band dedicated to the spirit and sound of the 1960s. Born out of a special New Haven Arts Council event in 2015, the band has built a loyal following with their authentic arrangements and vibrant energy. Their sing-along style makes every show a memorable experience for fans of all ages.
60s Satisfaction includes:
Pierce Campbell (Guitar & Vocals): A 40-year veteran of the stage, Pierce has performed with Connecticut favorites like The Kerry Boys and The Five Satins, sharing bills with legendary acts at Madison Square Garden, the Spectrum, and Symphony Hall.
Tony Pasqualoni (Bass): With over four decades of experience across rock, jazz, folk, and Top 40, Tony brings unmatched versatility to the rhythm section while also excelling as a technical support engineer and stringed instrument repair expert.
Loren Evarts (Piano & Vocals): A multi-instrumentalist, composer, and arranger, Loren’s dynamic performances draw on a deep background in jazz, rock, and new age music.
John Rispoli (Drums): A seasoned professional with a degree in Music Education, John has been a driving beat for countless acts over the past 25 years, both live and in the studio.
For 32 years, CT Folk has showcased emerging and established musical talent at New Haven’s scenic Edgerton Park. Now entering its 20th year, the Green Expo continues to educate and entertain with environmental initiatives, fun activities, and the beloved Green Kids Village.
